My morning was AMAZING! Sarah and I did:
45 minutes of a spinning class and I got 16 miles done.
After, we went and did this new class called Calorie Crusher.....if that says anything.
I've never sweat so much in my life! The instructor said she burned about 1100 calories, and Sarah's tracker said about 1150 (including spinning). Either way, I feel GREAT! This was a perfect way to start off my weekend.
