Wonderful Weather

Took full advantage of this 55 degree weather and ran campus with a friend :) Wow did it feel good to run outdoors. We ran about 3 miles, then I headed over to the gym and did a little ab workout.

I'm down 6 lbs so far. Woo-hoo! Staying on track and telling everyone about my goals. Keeps me motivated because then I know I have to deliver. My friend Jennifer from work just got a membership at my gym, my friend Sarah and I are trying a bunch of new classes together, I have a running buddy, and another friend of mine wants me to try p90x with her. Sooo.....I have PLENTY of people that can help me stay on track while I help them do the same. Love it!
