Jumped Downhill

In February, I fell off track. After only one month of doing great, and losing 6 lbs. All I needed were a couple of days where I was unable to go to the gym, and had access to all bad food. "I've been doing great....I can treat myself." WRONG! I went back up on the scale, and even gained an extra 2 lbs. Went up to 172 from 164.

Luckily, I was able to get back on track with the help of two of my friends. They started dieting and working out and that has helped me stay motivated. We have a little "team" at work, and everyone has noticed and has been complimenting us all. There is a costume party coming up in 17 days and I am working so hard at getting this body to look good.....but even better for me to feel good.

In the month of March, I have lost a total of 9 lbs so far. I went from 172 to 163. With three more days in the month, I want to lose one more pound to make it an even 10 :)
