Boot Camp

It was a PERFECT morning for a jog, or what became a boot camp. After an hour outdoors, I did arms, abs, AND an hour long spinning class. Three hours went by and I burned 1290 calories :) Just can't believe I spent my whole morning working out....and it was the BEST FEELING EVER!

Next Saturday, we'll have an even bigger little group to kick off the weekend!
