Of course the first thing I wanted to do this morning was jump on the scale...BUT, I refuse to let those numbers control me. Yes, I have a goal weight, but if I feel amazing before I hit 135 lbs, then I'll have achieved my happiness. I'll probably just weigh in once or twice a week, to make sure I'm at least on track.
Bought a new and delicious cereal. Plus, it's gluten free and you don't need to add any extra sweetener to it...already sweet :) I just added a banana, a sprinkle of
flax seeds, and Silk Unsweetened.

Around here, we have Kroger and it was selling for $2.99.
