Valentines Treats

These cookie pops were so fun to make. I tweaked the recipe just a tad to make them as healthy as I could. But, hey, Valentines Day = sweets!
Instead of regular caramel, I used a weight watcher chocolate/caramel for the middle...just enough to hold it all together.
Everyone loved them! :)
