Did an hour long spinning class, my TIU Sunkissed Abs workout (x2), and some weights on the arms. Came home, had my protein drink using my chocolate EAS powder, Almond Breeze, and a banana.
My boyfriend, Chris, had just gotten home from work before I walked in the door and was contemplating heading out for a morning run. I gave him a wonderful pep talk.
'I just worked out. It is hump day, which means you're half way through the week. Time to push yourself a little harder. You don't want to give up now. This is when it's easy to quit. Keep it up, I'm so proud of you.'
Next thing I know, he's out the door and off for HIS morning BC :) Yay, Chris!
