-Write up meals for the week.
-Grocery shop, getting a few extra items in case you decide you want something else instead last minute. Get things you can use for multiple recipes. This way to, you won't have fruits and veggies going bad at the end of the week.
-Prepare meals a few days in advance if need be. I work at 3:45am, therefore, I've found it's best if on Sunday, I cook my next three breakfasts, having them ready to go.
-Get your daily snacks together. Always carry something extra on you just in case you don't make it home in time for one of your meals.
-When I make a shake, I usually double the recipe. Having one now, and saving one for the next day.
