Ab workout = A-MAZING

The ab circuit workout from TIU was A-FREAKIN--MAZING :) I ran two miles, did an arm workout with free weights, did the ab circuit, ran another mile and then walked a mile. Feel like a whole new person already.

If you haven't done this yet, it is a must. I definitely recommend it!

Hope you all had as good a workout as me!
