Oh my goodness....I just got home from a 2 hour workout with my friend Sarah! I CAN'T MOVE and it feels SO GOOD :)
Ran to get warmed up, and we tried a new class, triple fit. That thing kicked my butt. Did an ab workout as well afterwards...still feeling the burn. That class showed me it's time to step it up! Love the buddy system. It's such good motivation. Sarah is the best!
