I am going to get very personal, just cause I feel others have shared their stories with me, so it's time for me to share mine as well. Plus, it will keep me going. I weighed in at 170 yesterday morning. I eat healthy here and there...workout here and there...but I'm now going to be consistent. After my realization yesterday, my legs feel like bruises today...and it FEELS GOOD :) And on top of that. this morning, I was already down 2 lbs. Who knew??!!

Reality
"You'll never be able to look like you did in high school." It's to bad people think that, cause if you want to do it, YOU CAN! After waking up yesterday and looking in the mirror, I didn't just see mascara smudged across my face or my bangs sticking straight up, but I saw what I used to be...happy! I'm always saying, "if only I had motivation", but I don't need others to motivate me. I need to do this for me.

Hi Holli! I found you through the Tone It Up Facebook page! It seems that we both sound quite a like. I used to workout and eat healthy sparingly as well. I've been working out consistently and eating great (on my own version of the 7 Day Slimdown) for two days now and my legs are killer tonight as well!
