Just made the most delicious and easy snack, but I don't want to post a pic. They don't look amazing. ;) Just taste awesome!
Sweet Potato Bites
*Add a little bit of cooking spray to a baking sheet
*Slice up sweet potato as if you're going to make fries
*Sprinkle on some stevia or truvia
*Add a little cinnamon
*Bake til done, and let cool
